14th January

Not only did I forget to take a photo yesterday I also forgot to blog!

Yesterday I had a baked potato with cottage cheese and salad which was delicious.

Today <ahem> I had a chicken kebab and it was yummy. I dread to think of the calorie content but it was a one off and I'll be back to it tomorrow :D

One day I will remember to take a photo of my dinner before I eat it, LOL

Tonight was a stir-fry with prawns and amoy tangy sweet and sour sauce and some rice, 530 calories total and very filling.

January 11th

Another dinner eaten before I remembered to take a photograph.

Today I had a pizza made with a wholemeal tortilla for the base, loads of veggies and a little pepperoni and cheese :D absolutely delicious and around 550 calories with a huge side salad.

No photo today, I forgot to take one before I ate it!

Stir fried veggies with chicken, noodles and chow mein sauce - quite high calories at 720 but I have foregone my evening snack today to allow for it.

Tomorrow I plan to make a tortilla pizza
